What is Safe Space With M?

Safe Space With M is a coaching-based support space focused on emotional clarity, relationships, and helping people feel truly heard.

It is not just “someone to talk to,” and it is not exactly traditional therapy either. It sits in that in-between space where someone can come when they feel emotionally overwhelmed, confused in love, stuck in a pattern, heartbroken, anxious about a connection, or simply in need of a grounded person to help them process what they are feeling.

We combine empathetic listening, relationship insight, emotional support, and psychology-informed guidance to create a space that feels warm, thoughtful, and intentional.

Safe Space With M offers coaching-based emotional support and relationship guidance. Our services are not therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment, and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services in your area.

Safe Space With M is for individuals who are going through emotional or relationship challenges and want a safe, supportive space to talk, reflect, and gain clarity. Here are some ways to identify if this space may be a good fit for you:

The best time to do relationship coaching is often when something in your relationship or emotional life feels confusing, heavy, disconnected, or difficult to navigate, but before things become even more overwhelming. You do not have to wait for a major crisis to seek support. Many people benefit from relationship coaching when they are noticing repeated patterns, struggling with communication, facing uncertainty in a connection, going through a breakup, or wanting more clarity about themselves and their relationships.

It can also be helpful during life transitions, periods of emotional overwhelm, dating challenges, or moments when you feel stuck and want a grounded space to reflect and move forward with more intention. Relationship coaching is often most beneficial when you are ready to better understand what you are experiencing and want supportive, non-clinical guidance along the way.

About the Sessions

What happens during a session?

Depending on your needs, a session may include:

  • Attachment assessment to explore how you relate, connect, and respond in relationships

  • Situation assessment to better understand the dynamic, challenge, or emotional experience you are currently navigating

  • Self-reflection support to help you process your thoughts, feelings, and personal patterns in a grounded way

  • Trigger exploration to identify emotional triggers, recurring reactions, and what may be happening beneath the surface

Each session also includes thoughtful follow-up support in the form of a post-session healing journey guide designed to help you continue reflecting on what came up during the call.

Yes. All conversations and messages are treated with care, respect, and confidentiality.

Terms and Conditions

What is the waiting window if I’m late to a scheduled call?

We understand that things can happen. Your session includes a 15-minute waiting window from the scheduled start time. If you’re running late, you’re welcome to join within that time and the session will continue for the remaining scheduled duration.

If you have not joined after 15 minutes and we haven’t heard from you, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable.

If you know ahead of time that you may be late, please send a quick message so we can do our best to accommodate you.

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled call.

If you need to make a change, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to find another time that works for both of us.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be considered a late cancellation and the session may be forfeited.

Sessions are not transferable to another person.

Each session is designed as a personal and confidential space, tailored specifically to the individual who booked it. Because of the nature of this work, sessions cannot be given, shared, or transferred to someone else.

If someone you care about would like support, they are welcome to book their own session so we can create a space that is fully centered around their experience.

Because each session requires dedicated time and preparation, sessions are non-refundable once booked.

However, if you need to adjust your appointment and notify us within the appropriate window, we’ll happily help you reschedule your session.

Our goal is always to make the process supportive and respectful for everyone involved.
